Booking outside the local towns?
These are examples of West Yorkshire locations, not the limit of my coverage. Suitable bookings in North, South and East Yorkshire are also welcome, subject to availability and travel.
Check Availability & BookLive DJ Room
Suitable Aidy Smith wedding bookings can include the Live DJ Room. Guests can use their phones for digital song requests and selected interactive features without installing an app.
The room can be kept restrained during formal parts of the reception, then features such as requests, polls, Bingo or shout-outs can be enabled later if they suit the wedding.
Explore the Live DJ RoomWedding DJ pricing
Wedding pricing depends on the actual booking: guest numbers, performance length, venue, travel, access, equipment and how much of the day needs coverage. A short evening reception and an all-day booking should not be treated as the same job.
Use the booking form for an eligible fixed-price route or send an enquiry when the wedding needs a more detailed quote. If the venue already provides suitable equipment, include that information because it can change the setup required.
The best quote starts with the real timetable rather than an approximate “evening” label, especially if setup has to happen before guests enter the room.

Do you cover weddings across West Yorkshire?
Yes. Suitable wedding DJ bookings are considered across Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Keighley, Ilkley, Dewsbury and surrounding West Yorkshire areas.
Can we choose our first dance song?
Yes. Send the exact first-dance track and version before the wedding so it can be prepared in advance. If you have parent dances or another planned song, send those too.
Can you provide a microphone for speeches?
Yes. A microphone can be included where required for speeches and announcements. The venue layout and timing should be confirmed beforehand so the microphone can be used in the right part of the room.
Can we send a wedding playlist?
Yes. A list of must-plays, favourite artists, useful eras and do-not-plays is helpful. It works best as a guide while leaving room for the DJ to respond to the guests on the night.
How do you handle a mixed-age wedding?
Wedding receptions often need several generations of music. The set can move between familiar decades, pop, dance and club classics so the evening works for the couple and the wider guest list.
Can guests request songs?
Yes, where requests fit the couple’s brief and the direction of the reception. Suitable Aidy Smith weddings can also use the Live DJ Room for digital requests and selected guest features.
Do you provide sound and lighting?
Yes. A mobile wedding booking can include the professional sound system, DJ booth, lighting and microphone. If the venue already provides suitable equipment, the booking can be planned around it.
When should the DJ set up?
That depends on the venue and running order. Setup should be completed without disrupting guests, so access time needs to be agreed with the venue before the booking is confirmed.
Check your date
Send the wedding venue, date, guest numbers and running order to check availability and plan the DJ coverage around your reception. Include the venue postcode, first-dance timing, speeches and the expected start and finish time for the evening party.
If the venue already provides sound, lighting or a microphone, send those details too. That helps confirm what equipment is actually needed and how much setup time should be allowed before guests enter the room.
