Introduce yourself
Add your DJ name and either your email or phone number. Both are welcome, but only one contact method is required.
If another booking, illness or a change of plans means you can’t make an event, pass the enquiry to Aidy Smith DJ. Prepare the details yourself or invite the party organiser to finish the booking. They review the normal price and pay directly — you don’t pay their deposit.
We only need your name plus an email address, phone number or both. You won't need to make a payment.
You keep the introduction simple. The organiser gets a normal Aidy Smith DJ booking experience, including the event requirements, pricing and payment options.
Are you the event organiser and your DJ has cancelled? For immediate help or last-minute replacement bookings, see Emergency DJ Cover Yorkshire.
Add your DJ name and either your email or phone number. Both are welcome, but only one contact method is required.
Enter the organiser’s event details if you know them, or send the organiser a secure link to fill in the booking themselves.
The organiser reviews their details, sees the applicable price and books directly with Aidy Smith DJ. A link on its own doesn’t reserve a date.
Use the familiar single-event booking fields to add the date, location, venue, times and requirements you have. Share the prepared booking with the organiser, who checks and completes it.
Provide the organiser’s name and an email address, a phone number, or both. With their permission, send an invitation or simply forward the secure link for them to complete.
The organiser receives a referral discount on eligible bookings. The referring DJ can earn £20 cash for a successfully completed booking, paid manually after the event and full payment. Existing Aidy Smith DJ pricing rules still apply.
Code 10OFF is available on eligible £350+ bookings excluding travel. Standard packages qualify with a paid extra; the 10% saving then covers the full non-travel subtotal.
Earn £20 for an eligible referral after the event has taken place and the booking is paid in full. Payments are reviewed and made manually by bank transfer, subject to refund checks.
The £20 DJ cover cash reward is separate from the customer booking-credit programme. One reward per qualifying booking; self-referrals and cancelled or refunded bookings do not qualify. See DJ hire prices.
No. Sharing a handover does not ask the referring DJ to pay the organiser’s deposit. Only the party organiser can complete the normal paid booking process.
That's fine. Choose “Let the party organiser fill in the details” and send them their secure link. If you start preparing the form yourself, you can pass on the information you already have.
No. A referral is an introduction, not a confirmed booking or date reservation. The organiser must complete the normal booking process and any required payment, subject to availability.
Not automatically. Aidy Smith DJ’s normal package prices, extras and discount requirements apply. The organiser can review the price before choosing whether to book.
Once the referred event has taken place, the organiser has paid in full, and we have checked for cancellations and refunds, the reward can be approved for a manual bank transfer. Request your payout through your private DJ Cover link once eligible. No payout is sent automatically.
Yes. You can copy the organiser link and share it yourself. If the relevant messaging service is available, the handover can also send an invitation to the organiser using the contact method provided.
Start with your DJ details. It only takes a moment to choose how the organiser receives their booking link.
