For events using the Live DJ Room, we'll invite you to create an event QR poster seven days beforehand. Uploads use a private gallery with moderation and a 30-day retention window.

Payment secures each booking. Please read the booking terms and privacy policy. If you enter your name and email but leave before pressing Book now, your progress may be saved temporarily. If you leave, I can send a secure resume link after 60 minutes of inactivity and one final reminder about 24 hours later if the booking is still unfinished. No dates are held until you press Book now. Each event requires its own £50 non-refundable deposit, deducted from that event’s total. Short-notice bookings: fixed-price bookings with less than 7 days’ notice include a £50 short-notice fee per affected event. Premium dates: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and England & Wales bank holidays include a £100 premium-date surcharge per affected event.

How multiple bookings work

The first checkout is grouped for convenience. Once payment is confirmed, every event becomes its own booking with its own reference, secure page, balance and planning information.

  1. All eligible dates are held together. Confirming the booking starts the shared 30-minute hold.
  2. Square takes one combined payment. Pay all £50 deposits together or pay the full combined total.
  3. Payment is allocated to each event. Every date then keeps its own payment history.
  4. Each event gets its own secure booking page. That becomes the customer hub for that date.
  5. Future changes stay separate. Planning or changing one event does not automatically change the others.

Check that event’s details, payment status and remaining balance, then return to the same secure link whenever you need it.

Changes and payments

Eligible fixed-price bookings can update selected timings, equipment choices, music notes and additional information until 24 hours before that event. Each date keeps its own balance-payment option.

Event Planner and venue details

Plan timings, music, announcements and special moments for that date, and send the venue a separate secure link for access and setup information.

Calendar and cancellation

Each event has its own Google / Apple / Outlook calendar options and secure cancellation-request route.

Important: the event date, event type, venue/postcode and attendance stay locked online because changing them can affect availability, travel or the package. Contact me if one of those needs changing.

Before each event

Plan each date separately

You do not need every detail when you make the multiple booking. Finish each event as its own date gets closer.

Event Planner

Save timings, key moments, must-plays, do-not-plays and announcements. If a confirmed planner is edited later, its final confirmation clears automatically.

Venue access

Confirm parking, load-in, stairs or lift, setup space, power and venue restrictions for each location. The venue-only link keeps customer payment access private.

Setup time and reminders

Where I supply the equipment, I normally need access around 2 hours before the DJ start time. Each booking can receive its own planning, final-details and balance reminders.

On the day

Each event has its own plan

The latest information for that booking is brought together in my Day-of Event Sheet, so different events never rely on mixed-up notes.

Arrival and setup

I use the agreed access information for that venue and complete the required equipment and sound checks before the booked start time.

During the event

I work around the crowd and the plan supplied for that date while keeping track of important moments and announcements.

Live DJ Room

The secure booking page for that date provides the customer Host Controls on the event day while DJ and payment controls remain private.

Live DJ Room features

Each booked date has its own Live DJ Room experience. Guests can join from their phones without installing an app, and I choose which interactive activities are available during each event.

  • Live song requestsGuests can suggest tracks during their event while I keep control of the music and the running order.
  • Party chat & reactionsGuests can join the conversation and react when Party Chat is enabled for that date.
  • Games & live pollsBingo, Song Battle, Hype Meter, audience polls and other optional activities can be switched on during the night.
  • Guest photos & videosWhen enabled, guests upload from their phones and view everyone's shared moments in a separate private gallery.
  • Moderation controlsAuthorised hosts and moderators can remove unsuitable uploads and block abusive uploaders.
  • Customer Host ControlsEach event organiser can post announcements and assist with selected activities without access to DJ or payment controls.
  • After-party memoriesThe organiser can enable private gallery sharing after that event, with photos and videos available for up to 30 days.

Interactive games, chat and photo/video sharing are DJ-controlled and may be switched on or off during each event. The main Live DJ Room closes at the end of the booking.

Equipment

What equipment is included?

Each event can have its own sound, lighting and booth setup, so your bookings do not all have to use the same equipment.

  • Professional PA speakers when required, or use of a suitable venue sound system
  • Black or white DJ booth when required, or no booth where the venue setup is suitable
  • Your chosen Standard, Enhanced, UV or Full lighting setup at no extra charge
  • Dedicated UV setup for UV Party bookings

Included bass upgrade: Choose up to 2 Kali Audio WS-12 subwoofers with Gold or Platinum, or up to 3 with Diamond, at no extra charge when suitable for the venue. Additional subwoofers are £50 each.

Audio Demon / D&B equipment

  • 2 × RCF ART 932-A professional PA speakers when required, or use of a suitable venue sound system
  • Subwoofers included according to the selected Foundation, Pressure or Full Force package
  • DJ booth, CDJs and mixer where required
  • Your chosen Standard, Enhanced, UV or Full lighting setup at no extra charge

Optional: Foundation and Pressure can add further subwoofers where the venue and event need more low-end.

Fixed-price online booking for suitable events across Yorkshire, subject to availability and a valid travel quote.

Specialist fixed-price D&B packages can be booked for suitable UK venues.

Travel

Each event includes the first 5 one-way road miles, then costs £2.50 per additional mile. The rate stays the same beyond West Yorkshire.

The first payment is grouped for convenience. After that, the customer journey stays separate for each event.

No. The copy-all option only saves time while filling out the form. Every event can have a different venue, attendance, speakers, subwoofers, lighting, booth, timings and music requirements.

Each event has its own £50 non-refundable deposit. The first checkout combines them for convenience — two events require £100 in deposits, five require £250 — and the completed payment is allocated back to the individual event records.

Yes. When you confirm the multiple booking, all eligible dates are placed on the same 30-minute hold before Square checkout. If one date cannot be claimed safely, the other dates from that attempt are released rather than leaving you with an accidental partial multiple booking.

Each event continues as a normal secure booking with its own reference. Its balance, amendments, Event Planner, venue-details request, calendar options, reminders and cancellation route remain attached to that specific date.

Yes. Eligible fixed-price bookings can amend selected options online until 24 hours before that event. Each amendment applies only to the chosen reference. The event date, type, venue/postcode and attendance remain locked online, so contact me if one of those needs changing.

The instant multiple-booking checkout is only available when every selected event has a fixed online price. If one date needs a bespoke/custom quote, contact me so that event can be priced and handled correctly rather than forcing an unsuitable automatic total.
After each event

What happens afterwards

Follow-up remains attached to the event that has actually taken place, rather than treating all of your dates as one booking.

Review and referral

That event can receive its own review follow-up, and from the event date its secure booking page can show the personal Refer & Earn code and available referral credit.

Future booking reminders

If future booking emails have not been opted out of, completed events can generate relevant rebooking reminders later. They remain tied to the individual event type and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

Payments

Deposits and final payments

Confirming the multiple booking places all eligible selected dates on the shared 30-minute hold. A single Square checkout can pay every £50 deposit or the full combined total. Once payment is allocated, any remaining balance stays with its individual booking and can be paid later from that event’s secure booking page or at the start of that event where agreed.
