BOOKING TERMS
Plain-language launch terms for enquiries and the £50 booking deposit.
1. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting the website form or sending an email does not reserve a date. A booking is only confirmed after the event details, price and practical requirements have been agreed in writing and the required deposit has been received.
2. £50 non-refundable deposit
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an agreed booking date. The deposit is deducted from the total agreed booking price. Do not send a deposit until Aidy has confirmed availability and provided payment instructions.
3. Remaining balance
The total price, remaining balance and payment deadline will be confirmed in writing for each booking before the deposit is paid.
4. Cancellations and changes
The booking deposit is non-refundable. Any additional cancellation, postponement or date-change terms will be stated in the written quote or booking agreement for that event.
5. Venue and equipment information
The client should provide accurate details about venue access, performance space, power, parking, stairs, sound restrictions, finish times and any equipment supplied by the venue. Material changes may affect whether the booking can proceed or whether the price needs to change.
6. Coverage area
The initial service area is approximately 10 miles from Bradford, West Yorkshire. An enquiry may still be discussed before travel is accepted or declined.
