Private-party bookings start from £199.99. Weddings, bars, clubs, music nights and Audio Demon sets are quoted individually because the venue, timings, travel and equipment can change what is required.
The final price is always agreed in writing before a deposit is requested. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a booking.

Tailored quote
A typical evening DJ performance is around four to six hours. Pricing also depends on afternoon coverage, venue timings, ceremony or meal music, speeches, the first dance and equipment requirements.

Standard equipment
What is normally included?
Aidy Smith DJ performance - Typically around four to six hours, based on the agreed booking.
Audio Demon performance - Normally between one and three hours because specialist drum and bass sets are more intensive.
Sound system - Two main speakers are included for suitable events.
Lighting - A standard event lighting setup is included.
DJ booth - A booth is included where the venue does not already provide a suitable setup.
Microphone - Available for announcements and wedding speeches.
Planning - Music direction, key requests, tracks to avoid and important timings can be agreed before the event.
Setup and collection
Setup is included in the agreed quote.
The standard equipment is normally delivered and set up a few hours before the DJ performance begins, provided the venue allows access. Doing this in one planned journey helps avoid unnecessary travel costs.
Pack-down and removal of the supplied equipment are also included after the performance. Any unusual access restrictions, fixed collection times or requirement to make a separate early journey must be discussed before the date because they may affect the quote.
Please tell me about stairs or difficult access. Include parking restrictions, long carrying distances, stairs, lifts, narrow entrances and venue loading times in the booking form.
Optional sound upgrade
Need more low-end for a larger room?
Two subwoofers can be added for an extra charge when the venue, audience and music require a stronger sound system. The price is confirmed after the room and access details are known.
The largest self-supplied setup is two main speakers, lighting, booth and two subwoofers. Any system beyond that must be supplied separately by the venue or an agreed production company.

Additional hours and premium dates are priced when the full event details are known.
Travel and coverage
Bradford is the standard pricing area.
Bookings outside Bradford can still be considered across Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield and wider West Yorkshire, but an additional travel charge may apply.
Travel beyond the usual service area is not included unless it has been agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed. Always send the exact venue and postcode so the quote is accurate.

Wedding bookings
Wedding pricing is built around your timings.
A wedding can involve more than the evening party, so the quote is based on exactly which parts of the day you would like covered.
Afternoon or evening
Choose evening reception DJ hire or discuss afternoon coverage where required.
Ceremony and meal music
Ceremony music or background music during the meal can be arranged when requested in advance.
Speeches
A microphone can be supplied for the wedding party and guests delivering speeches.
First dance and requests
Send the first-dance track and important music requests before the big day.
Booking and payment
£50 secures the date after the quote is agreed.
The £50 deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from the agreed total. It is requested only after availability, requirements and the final price have been confirmed in writing.
The remaining balance is due at the start of the afternoon or evening, before the DJ performance begins.
