Aidy Smith DJ can work with the organiser and venue on the schedule, playing background music where appropriate and building into a fuller set once the formal programme is over. Music styles can be agreed around the people attending.
Music, sound and announcements
The setup depends on the venue, guest numbers and what your event needs. We can establish what's required before confirming the booking.
For a suitable mobile event, DJ equipment, sound and lighting can be supplied. A microphone can be included where speeches, fundraising totals or prize draws need announcing.
If the venue already has speakers, a stage or a microphone system, please share the details so the sound setup and handover are clear. For more structured evenings, appoint one organiser to confirm any changes to the timetable.
Plan raffle draws, auctions, thank-you messages and any guest speakers into the running order.

Bring guests into the event
For suitable charity and fundraising events, the Live DJ Room can give guests an extra way to take part using their phones. The DJ decides which features are active during the night.
Optional features include song requests, chat, polls and games. Guest photos and videos can be shared in a private event gallery when photo and video uploads are enabled. After the event, the organiser can choose to share private memories with guests for up to 30 days.

Do you offer a charity discount?
Aidy Smith DJ Gold packages start at £249.99 for up to 100 guests and include the first four hours. Charity bookings do not automatically receive a discount; the final price depends on the venue, travel, timing, guest numbers and equipment.
Can guests use the Live DJ Room?
For suitable events, optional Live DJ Room features can include song requests, games, polls and private guest photo and video sharing when enabled by the DJ.
