How it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess availability and requirements, prepare quotes, administer agreed bookings and keep necessary booking records.
Legal basis
Enquiry information is processed because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a booking agreement and, where a booking proceeds, to perform that agreement. Limited records may also be retained for legitimate administrative, security or legal purposes.
