Live-mixed drum & bass on CDJs
Choose specialist Drum & Bass event when you want Audio Demon mixing tracks on CDJs. UV lighting must also be selected or agreed for that booking.
Book Drum & Bass eventUV-reactive clothing, glow accessories and a darkened function room can give a D&B event a very different atmosphere from an ordinary party. This is for organisers who want the visual theme and the music to work together—not just a DJ playing an occasional rave track.
There are two separate choices. A live-mixed Audio Demon drum and bass performance can be paired with a planned UV lighting setup. Or you can book the standard UV Party event for a conventional party with laptop playback rather than CDJ mixing. The lighting and equipment are selected separately as appropriate.
These are different booking types. Choose the one that matches how you want the music delivered—not just the occasion.

Book Drum & Bass eventChoose UV Party for a glow-themed general party and select the available lighting options; even with a D&B playlist, this is not a live-mixed Audio Demon set.
Book standard UV partyFor a live-mixed Audio Demon set, choose “Drum & Bass Event (CDJs)”. “Club Night (CDJs)” also uses the specialist CDJ booking format for suitable club events. Standard party and event bookings use laptop music playback, not a live-mixed set. Equipment and venue requirements are confirmed when booking.
Blacklight is most effective when the room, decoration and lighting choices are coordinated. A daytime venue full of windows behaves differently from a dark evening function room.
Confirm ceiling height, room lighting, power points and the areas that should glow before specifying the lights.
Liquid gives a flowing start; jump-up or tech can take the lead once the UV room fills and the dancefloor develops.
Invite guests to wear UV-reactive colours and consider glow accessories without assuming the DJ supplies them.
Decide whether the venue can be darkened enough for UV lighting to make an impact. Confirm access to power, any sound limiter and whether the DJ setup shares space with decorations or an event photographer.
For a mixed set, select Drum & Bass event on the booking form and discuss the UV lighting you want. For a standard UV party, select UV Party instead: the booking price and performance format are not interchangeable.
Not automatically. Choose or discuss the appropriate UV lighting option for the venue and package during booking.
The organiser should arrange personal glow accessories and themed decorations unless something else is explicitly agreed.
Yes. Describe the styles and energy you want when choosing the specialist Drum & Bass event.
UV effects are much less visible in bright conditions. Check whether lights can be dimmed or curtains used, and discuss the layout before booking.
No. CDJs and live mixing are for the Drum & Bass event selection; the standard UV Party option uses laptop playback.
Tell me where the event is taking place and how you want the UV effect to look. Choose the specialist D&B booking for a mixed set and confirm lighting separately.
