These are examples of West Yorkshire locations, not the limit of my coverage. Suitable bookings in North, South and East Yorkshire are also welcome, subject to availability and travel.
Check Availability & BookLive DJ Room
Suitable UV Party bookings can use the Live DJ Room for phone-based song requests and selected interactive features. Guests do not need to install an app.
The room can be kept simple or used for features such as polls, Bingo, shout-outs and party games. The DJ controls which parts are active so the interactive side does not distract from the party.

The booking form can be used to check an eligible UV Party date and provide the event details. The most useful information is the venue postcode, guest numbers, start and finish time and whether the room can be darkened.
If you are unsure whether the venue will work well with UV, send the venue name or photos before committing to decorations and clothing. It is better to identify a bright-room problem early than discover it after setup.
For unusual venues or events with specific restrictions, send an enquiry and the setup can be discussed before the booking is confirmed.

What lighting is used for a UV party?
The dedicated UV Party setup uses two UV floodlights. The UV lighting is included with that event type at no extra charge and is used instead of the normal party-lighting setup.
What should guests wear to a UV party?
White and fluorescent clothing usually reacts best under UV light. Neon accessories, bright face paint designed for UV use and fluorescent decorations can also help the room look more effective.
Does the room need to be dark?
UV works best when the venue can reduce ordinary room lighting. A bright room with large windows or lights that cannot be switched off will weaken the effect, so venue conditions should be checked before booking.
Can you provide the sound system as well?
Yes. The mobile DJ setup can include the professional sound system and DJ booth alongside the dedicated UV lighting. The exact sound setup depends on the room and guest numbers.
What music do you play at a UV party?
The music is planned around the age group and event brief. It can include pop, dance, club classics, current tracks and requests rather than forcing every UV party into one music style.
Do you cover UV parties across West Yorkshire?
Yes. Suitable bookings are considered across Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Keighley, Dewsbury, Ilkley and surrounding West Yorkshire areas.
Can guests request songs?
Yes, where requests fit the organiser’s brief and the room. Suitable bookings can also use the Live DJ Room for digital requests and selected interactive features.
Can a UV party be used for birthdays?
Yes. UV parties are often used for birthdays and themed private events. The booking is still planned around the guests, venue and event timings rather than the lighting being the only focus.
Check your date
Send the date, venue, guest numbers and timings to check availability and confirm whether the room is suitable for the dedicated UV setup. Include the venue postcode, room type and whether the space can be made dark enough for the UV lighting to have a useful effect.
If the venue has its own lighting or restrictions on what can be switched off, include that information as well. That helps confirm whether the dedicated UV floodlights will work properly in the room before the booking is agreed.
