Two UV fixtures
Two 300W LED UV lights are supplied with the UV Lighting option.
A UV party is not just ordinary disco lighting turned purple. Dedicated UV light reacts with suitable white, fluorescent and UV-reactive materials, so clothing and decorations can become part of the visual effect when the room is dark enough.
That makes it a good fit for glow-themed birthdays, neon parties and private celebrations where you want the room to look noticeably different once the main party starts.
The current UV Lighting add-on uses two dedicated LED UV floodlights. They can be positioned to spread the effect across the main party or dance-floor area rather than relying on one small UV source.

Positioning is planned around the booth, dance floor, guest area, power and safe mounting points.
Reducing competing white light helps the UV-reactive parts of the party stand out more clearly.
The final result depends on room size and lighting conditions, so coverage is planned for the actual venue.
Booking a UV party does not lock you into one music style. The lighting gives the event its visual identity; the DJ set can still move through the music that suits the birthday, host and guests.
Send the songs and styles that matter beforehand, then I can use the room on the night to decide when to stay with a successful direction and when to move on.
The UV setup works best when the theme is intentional rather than being treated as one more random lighting effect.
Use neon clothing, UV-reactive accessories and a darker dance-floor area for a strong visual theme.
Combine the glow-party look with a broader party soundtrack and guest requests.
Build the invitations, dress code and decorations around materials designed to react under UV.
Turn a suitable function room into a themed party space without arranging a separate DJ and lighting supplier.
A venue can look ideal in photos and still have bright permanent lighting, skylights or restrictions on what can be switched off. Those details can make a bigger difference to a UV party than adding more decorative items.
Send the exact venue so access, power, setup position and any lighting restrictions can be checked before the booking.
View the Venue ChecklistUV Lighting is an optional £50 add-on to the normal Aidy Smith party package. The base package is selected from the expected guest numbers, then the UV option is added if you want the glow-party setup.
Use the booking form for your event date, venue, guest numbers and timings, then choose UV Lighting in the lighting options. If you are still deciding between UV-only lighting and a larger light show, include that in the notes.
The Leeds UV party page focuses on room setup, hired venues and city access for the same dedicated UV lighting option.
