Leeds venues can have very different access, parking and closing arrangements on 31 December. The useful starting point is the complete schedule: when the room is available, when the DJ starts, what happens at midnight and when music must finish.
That lets the setup and quote match the event you are actually running rather than a generic New Year package.

The first four hours of DJ performance are included and additional time is £50 per hour. Travel is included within 5 road miles of my Bradford base, then charged at £2.50 per additional one-way road mile from the venue postcode. Parking, loading and access details should still be shared in advance.
Gold and Platinum include up to 2 subwoofers and Diamond up to 3 when selected and venue-suitable; extra units beyond the allowance cost £50 each.

Every New Year's Eve enquiry is competing for the same calendar date. Once the Leeds venue is confirmed, checking availability early avoids building the rest of the event around a DJ date that is already taken.
