Aidy Smith packages currently start at £249.99 for up to 100 guests. Larger fixed-price packages cover 101–200 and 201–300 guests, with larger events quoted separately. Travel is included within 5 road miles of my Bradford base, then charged at £2.50 per additional one-way road mile from the venue postcode.
Yes. Your choice of event lighting is included at no extra charge, from Standard with 2x Spider Lights through to the larger lighting options shown on the booking form.
Access time depends on parking, loading, stairs or lifts, carrying distance and the amount of equipment required. City-centre and more complex load-ins should be discussed before the event.
Send the event and Leeds venue or postcode details first. Eligible fixed-price bookings can use Book now once the date and West Yorkshire postcode are verified; a £50 non-refundable deposit or full payment secures the date.
