Aidy Smith birthday packages are Gold at £249.99 for up to 100 guests, Platinum at £324.99 for 101–200 and Diamond at £399.99 for 201–300. Events over 300 guests are quoted as Bespoke. The first four hours are included and additional time is £50 per hour. Travel is included within 5 road miles of my Bradford base, then charged at £2.50 per additional one-way road mile from the venue postcode.

Guest requests can be considered when they fit the birthday person’s preferences, venue policy and the direction already working with the wider room.
Yes. A microphone is available for agreed birthday announcements, subject to the venue setup and the timing being confirmed with the organiser.
Every Aidy Smith package includes a professional PA system, DJ booth, DJ equipment and microphone. Your choice of event lighting is included at no extra charge. Gold and Platinum include up to 2 subwoofers and Diamond up to 3 when selected and venue-suitable; extra units beyond the allowance cost £50 each where extra bass depth is wanted or the venue benefits from it. Installed venue equipment and access are checked before the final setup is agreed.
The booth can use a black or white removable cloth frontage. Choose the finish that best suits the venue, decorations and the look wanted in photographs.
Send the supplier entrance, loading window, parking arrangements, floor or lift access and the time the room becomes available for setup.
Yes, where the limit and room expectations are suitable. Share the limiter information and any installed sound details before the booking is confirmed.
A £50 non-refundable deposit or full payment secures the date. Eligible fixed-price bookings can use Book now once the date and West Yorkshire postcode are verified; custom requirements can be sent as an enquiry.
