Corporate events are quoted around the actual job: date, venue, travel, performance length, setup access, equipment, schedule and any additional coordination required.
A staff party using a hotel’s installed sound system is a different booking from an event that needs a full mobile setup, early load-in and several hours of background music before the party starts.
Send the working schedule and venue details for a useful quote. If some timings are still provisional, mark them clearly and they can be updated before the booking is finalised.

Can you work from a company running order?
Yes. Send the event schedule, key announcements, presentation times and any fixed music cues so the DJ set can work around the organised parts of the event.
Can you provide a microphone?
Yes. A microphone can be included where required for announcements, awards or speeches. For larger or more formal presentation requirements, the venue or production supplier should confirm whether additional microphones or AV support are needed.
Can we send a company music brief?
Yes. Send preferred styles, must-play tracks, do-not-plays and any music that needs to be avoided for brand or event reasons.

Can you use the venue sound system?

Yes. Background music can be used during arrivals, networking or food before the event moves into awards, speeches or a later party section.

The quote depends on the date, venue, performance length, travel, equipment, setup access and the event requirements. A written quote can be provided once the schedule and venue details are clear.

Send the date, venue, running order, guest numbers and equipment requirements so the corporate booking can be planned and quoted properly. Include any scheduled speeches, awards, presentations or fixed finish times that affect when the DJ needs to be ready.
If the venue already provides sound, lighting or a microphone, include those details too. That avoids quoting for equipment you do not need and makes it easier to confirm access, setup time and the most suitable performance plan before the event.
