Eligible engagement parties use the current Aidy Smith guest-based package structure. The booking route uses the attendance range, venue postcode and event details to match the event to the relevant option.
Travel and optional extras are handled separately where they apply. If the venue already provides suitable equipment, include that information because the setup may be different from a normal mobile booking.
For anything unusual or outside the fixed-price rules, send an enquiry and the booking can be quoted directly.

What music works at an engagement party?
The music can combine the couple’s favourites with familiar party tracks for friends and family. A mix of pop, dance, club classics and decade favourites often works well for a mixed guest list.
Can we send our favourite songs?
Yes. Send must-plays, favourite artists and any tracks you want avoided. The list should guide the set while leaving room to respond to the guests.
Can you provide a microphone for speeches?
Yes. A microphone can be included where required for speeches, announcements or a short toast.
Can guests request songs?
Yes, where the requests fit the couple’s brief and the room. Suitable bookings can also use the Live DJ Room for digital requests.
Do you provide sound and lighting?
Yes. Mobile engagement party bookings can include professional sound, DJ booth, lighting and microphone. The setup depends on the room and guest numbers.
Do you cover engagement parties across West Yorkshire?

Can we have a special entrance song?

Send the date, venue, guest numbers and timings to check availability and plan the engagement party around your guests. Include any speeches, surprise moments, entrance music or songs that matter to you as a couple so they can be built into the running order rather than added at the last minute.
If the venue has restricted setup times, stairs, limited parking or its own sound system, include that information too. It helps confirm what equipment is needed and how much access time should be allowed before guests arrive.
