Eligible birthday bookings use the current Aidy Smith guest-based package structure. The booking form uses the attendance range, venue postcode and event details to show the relevant option where the booking fits the fixed-price rules.
Travel, optional subwoofers and any unusual venue requirements are handled separately where they apply. If the event is outside the normal fixed-price route, you can send an enquiry for a written quote instead.
For the clearest figure, use the actual venue postcode and realistic guest numbers rather than estimating from the size of the room alone.

What birthday ages do you cover?
Bookings can include 18ths, 21sts, 30ths, 40ths, 50ths, 60ths and other milestone or family birthday celebrations. The music and setup are planned around the age group and wider guest list.
Can I send a birthday playlist?
Yes. Send must-play tracks, favourite artists, preferred styles and anything you want avoided. It works best as a guide rather than fixing every song in advance.
How do you handle mixed-age birthday parties?
The music can move between familiar decades, pop, dance, club classics and current tracks so different age groups get something recognisable without the night feeling disconnected.
Can guests request songs?
Yes, where requests fit the organiser’s brief and the room. Suitable Aidy Smith bookings can also use the Live DJ Room for phone-based requests and selected party features.
Do you provide sound and lighting?
Yes. Mobile birthday bookings can include the DJ booth, professional speakers, lighting and microphone. The exact setup depends on the room, guest numbers and what the venue already provides.
Can you announce a cake, speech or surprise entrance?
Yes. If you have a cake presentation, speech, surprise entrance or other planned moment, tell me beforehand so the music and microphone can be ready at the right time.
