Eligible Aidy Smith bookings use the current guest-based package structure, with the booking form matching the event to the relevant attendance range. Travel and any optional extras are then handled separately where they apply.
The cleanest way to get the right figure is to use the booking form with the venue postcode, guest numbers and event timings. That avoids quoting a package that does not fit the room or the event.
If the event needs something unusual, or the venue has specific equipment or access requirements, you can send an enquiry instead and agree the details before payment.

What kinds of private parties do you cover?
Private party bookings can include family celebrations, reunions, leaving parties, engagement celebrations, anniversaries, social gatherings and venue hires where a DJ is needed for the event.
Do you cover private parties outside Bradford and Leeds?
Yes. Suitable bookings are considered across West Yorkshire, including Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Keighley, Dewsbury, Ilkley and surrounding areas.
Can I send a request list before the party?
Yes. Send must-play songs, useful artists or decades, and anything you want avoided. The list gives the night direction while leaving enough flexibility to respond to the room.
Can guests request songs during the party?

How early do you arrive to set up?
Setup time depends on the room, access and equipment required. The venue access time should be confirmed before the booking so the system can be ready before guests need the space.
Can I book at short notice?
Sometimes. If the date is close, send the venue, postcode, timings and guest numbers first. Availability and any short-notice requirements can then be checked quickly.
