Eligible Aidy Smith events use the current guest-based package structure, with the booking form matching the attendance range and venue details to the relevant option.
Travel and optional extras are handled separately where they apply. Subwoofers are included in the standard package allowance when selected, so the final setup can stay proportionate to the event.
For events over the normal package range, unusual venues or bookings requiring a more complex setup, use the enquiry route for a bespoke quote.

Yes. Mobile DJ hire is for events that need Aidy Smith to supply the main sound and DJ setup. DJ-only hire is for venues that already provide suitable sound and DJ equipment.
Do you provide subwoofers?
Subwoofers are included choices for Aidy Smith bookings up to the package allowance rather than automatically included. They can be added where the room or event benefits from additional low-end reinforcement.
Can you provide a microphone?
Yes. A microphone can be included where required for speeches, announcements or event instructions.

How much space does the DJ setup need?
The exact space depends on the equipment and room. The venue should provide a safe, level DJ area with suitable power, access and enough clearance for speakers, stands and the booth.
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on parking, loading, stairs, room access and the equipment required. Venue access should be agreed before the booking so the system can be ready before it is needed.
Can you use some venue equipment and bring the rest?
Yes, where the venue equipment is suitable and the connections are confirmed in advance. A mixed setup can be planned when it makes practical sense.
