Sound, lighting and booth setup
For suitable local venues, a professional PA system is included and sized around the event and venue. A DJ booth with black or white frontage and microphone are included. Your choice of event lighting is included at no extra charge, while Gold and Platinum include up to 2 subwoofers and Diamond up to 3 when selected and venue-suitable; extra units beyond the allowance cost £50 each where extra bass depth is wanted.
The microphone can be used for agreed introductions, awards and practical announcements. Events with several presenters or a full stage programme may need separate professional AV support.
