CHARITY & FUNDRAISING DJ DEWSBURY
Music for Dewsbury fundraisers and charity parties, with speeches, raffles and the main DJ set planned as one event.
Your fundraiser
Dewsbury quiz and charity nights
A Dewsbury quiz or charity social needs short music breaks, clear microphone time and a smooth finish. The DJ set can support the fundraiser without interrupting the quizmaster or host.
Share the guest age mix, music preferences and fundraising timings. We can then choose an approach that suits the event rather than forcing every booking into the same format.
Aidy Smith DJ packages start at £249.99 for up to 100 guests, including the first four hours. The final price depends on guest numbers, travel and optional extras. View DJ hire prices.
Event formats
Fundraising event formats
Plan music and announcements for the kind of Dewsbury fundraiser you are running.
Quiz and raffle nights
Coordinate background tracks and clear microphone breaks so guests can follow each round or prize draw.
Charity parties
Build towards the dance floor with agreed interruptions for speeches, appeals or sponsor thanks.
The running order
Keep quiz rounds clear
A short list of times is enough: doors, quiz or raffle, announcements, any food service and finish. Confirm who will give instructions through the microphone.
For a quiz-and-raffle night, note each round, interval and prize announcement. We can discuss a microphone for simple announcements; several presenters or additional audio sources need a separate technical plan.
1
Before the quiz
Play welcoming music while teams arrive.
2
Rounds and prizes
Pause for questions, answers and the raffle.
3
After the scores
Start the closing party set if time allows.
