Music & additional information

A booking is secured only when the £50 deposit or full payment is received. Direct online bookings are held for 30 minutes while payment is completed. Please read the booking terms and privacy policy.

Dates on hold are shown in yellow; confirmed bookings are shown in red. Neither can be selected. Online bookings require at least 7 days’ notice. For events within the next 7 days, please send an enquiry and I’ll confirm whether I can accommodate it.

Aidy Smith event bookings

Complete event DJ setup

For birthdays, weddings, engagements, anniversaries, corporate events, Christmas parties and suitable private events across Bradford, Leeds and West Yorkshire.

  • Professional DJ performance with music planned around the event and guests
  • 2 × professional PA speakers can be supplied, or a suitable venue system can be used
  • Black or white DJ booth can be supplied, or no booth where the venue setup is suitable
  • Optional lighting: Standard +£20, Enhanced or UV Lighting +£50, Full Setup +£80
  • First 4 hours of performance included
  • Additional performance time at £50 per hour
  • Optional subwoofer upgrades: 2 for £100, 3 for £150 or 4 for £200

Specialist D&B setup

Audio Demon bookings use the Foundation, Pressure or Full Force package according to attendance, with UK-wide availability for suitable events.

  • 2 × RCF ART 932-A professional PA speakers available when required, or use a suitable venue system
  • 2, 3 or 4 subwoofers available according to package when required, with Foundation and Pressure upgrades available at £50 per additional subwoofer; choose no subwoofers when suitable venue subs are being used

Booking FAQ

Before you send the enquiry.

The calculator gives a useful guide price, while the final booking is confirmed after the venue, timings, access and requirements have been checked.

For fixed-price bookings, the form combines the package selected by attendance, any lighting upgrade, optional Aidy Smith subwoofers and any performance time beyond the included hours. Standard event packages include the first 4 hours; Drum & Bass and club packages include the first 3 hours. A £50 travel and logistics fee is included for bookings outside Bradford.

Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Where the form shows a fixed total, choosing Book now places the selected date on a 30-minute hold while payment is completed. The date is secured only when the £50 deposit or full payment is received.

A £50 non-refundable deposit secures the date and is deducted from the agreed total. For eligible fixed-price bookings, it can be paid immediately after choosing Book now; for enquiries and custom quotes, payment is made only after the booking details and final price are agreed.

Aidy Smith events above 300 guests move to a bespoke quote. Drum & Bass and club bookings above 200 people need a venue-specific sound and production plan, so the form switches to a Drum and Bass quote rather than showing a fixed package total.

Aidy Smith event packages can add 2 subwoofers for £100, 3 for £150 or 4 for £200. Drum & Bass packages already include them: Foundation includes 2, Pressure includes 3 and Full Force includes 4. Foundation can be upgraded to 3 or 4 subwoofers at £50 per additional subwoofer, and Pressure can be upgraded to 4 for £50.

Yes, where the installed equipment is suitable for the booking. Add the venue sound system, CDJ, mixer, booth and lighting details under Additional Information so compatibility and the most appropriate quote can be checked.
Payment timing

Deposit and final payment.

Sending a booking enquiry does not require payment. Where a fixed total is available, choosing Book now places the date on a 30-minute hold and lets you pay the £50 non-refundable deposit or the full amount straight away. Any remaining balance can be paid earlier from the original payment page or is due at the start of the night, before the DJ performance begins.
