Room & attendance
Expected guest numbers, room size and whether the event is indoors or outdoors.
Music direction
Age range, key styles, must-play songs, tracks to avoid or the D&B direction.
Venue equipment
Installed sound, lighting, booth and microphone details. For Audio Demon, include the CDJ and channel mixer models when known.
Payment timing
Deposit and final payment.
The £50 non-refundable deposit is never requested merely for submitting the form. It is due only after availability, requirements and the price have been agreed in writing. The full outstanding balance is then required at the start of the night, before the DJ performance begins.
