Payment secures the booking. Please read the booking terms and privacy policy. If you enter your name and email but leave before pressing Book now, your progress may be saved temporarily. If you leave, I can send a secure resume link after 60 minutes of inactivity and one final reminder about 24 hours later if the booking is still unfinished. No date is held until you press Book now. Held dates are shown in yellow; confirmed dates are shown in red. Short-notice bookings: fixed-price bookings with less than 7 days’ notice include a £50 short-notice fee. Premium dates: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and England & Wales bank holidays include a £100 premium-date surcharge.

Plan the important details

You do not need everything decided when you book. Add the details as the event takes shape.

Event Planner

Save key timings, must-plays, do-not-plays, announcements and special moments. If you edit a confirmed planner later, the final confirmation clears automatically until you confirm it again.

Venue details

Send the venue a separate secure link for parking, load-in, stairs or lift, power, sound limits, curfew and setup access. They never receive your customer payment link.

Setup and reminders

Where I supply the equipment, I normally need access around 2 hours before the DJ start time. The booking system can also send planning, final-details and balance reminders as the date gets closer.

Live DJ Room

Guests can join from their phones for song requests and DJ-enabled party activities. Your secure customer area also provides limited Host Controls.

Give guests a simple way to join in from their phones, with no separate app to install. The DJ chooses which interactive features to make available during the event.

  • Live song requestsGuests can suggest tracks during the party, while the DJ keeps control of the music.
  • Party chat & reactionsGuests can chat, react and join in when Party Chat is enabled.
  • Games & live pollsOptional Bingo, Song Battle, Hype Meter, audience polls and other activities can be switched on throughout the night.
  • Guest photos & videosWhen enabled, guests can upload from their phones and see media in the private event gallery, separate from the main room.
  • Moderation controlsAuthorised organisers and moderators can help manage the room, remove unsuitable uploads and block abusive uploaders.
  • Customer Host ControlsThe booking organiser can share announcements and help run selected activities; DJ controls and payments stay private.
  • After-party memoriesThe organiser can enable private gallery sharing after the event, with photo and video access for up to 30 days.

Interactive games, chat and media sharing are DJ-controlled, so availability can vary during the party. The main Live DJ Room closes at the end of the event.

  • 2 × professional PA speakers when required, or use of a suitable venue sound system
  • Black or white DJ booth when required, or no booth where the venue setup is suitable
  • Your chosen event lighting setup at no extra charge: Standard, Enhanced, UV Lighting or Full Setup
  • Dedicated UV setup for UV Party bookings

Included bass upgrade: Choose up to 2 Kali Audio WS-12 subwoofers with Gold or Platinum, or up to 3 with Diamond, at no extra charge when suitable for the venue. Additional subwoofers cost £50 each.

Foundation, Pressure and Full Force use different equipment levels according to attendance and the requirements of the venue.

  • 2 × RCF ART 932-A professional PA speakers when required, or use of a suitable venue sound system
  • Subwoofers included according to the selected Foundation, Pressure or Full Force package
  • DJ booth, CDJs and mixer where required
  • Your chosen lighting setup at no extra charge: Standard, Enhanced, UV Lighting or Full Setup

Optional: Foundation and Pressure can add further subwoofers where the venue and event need more low-end.

Booking FAQs

The important parts of the customer journey are built into the booking system, so you can return to the same secure booking whenever you need it.

Book now starts a 30-minute hold for an eligible fixed-price booking. The date becomes secured when Square confirms the £50 deposit or the full booking payment. If payment is not completed before the hold expires, the date becomes available again.

You receive a private secure booking link. It shows the current booking and payment details and gives access to the features available for that booking, including eligible amendments, balance payment, calendar options, the Event Planner, venue-details request and cancellation request.

For eligible fixed-price bookings, selected options can be amended online until 24 hours before the event after email verification. This includes start/finish times, lighting, booth, speakers, subwoofers, music requirements and additional information. The event date, event type, venue/postcode and attendance remain locked because they can affect availability, travel or the package; contact me if those need changing.

It is the planning area for the finer details that develop after you book: timings, key moments, must-plays, do-not-plays, announcements and special notes. You can save changes as planning progresses and confirm the details when final. If you edit the planner afterwards, that final confirmation is automatically cleared until you confirm the revised information again.

Yes. From the Event Planner you can create a separate secure venue-only link. The venue can send parking, access, stairs/lift, setup time, power, sound-limiter, installed-system, curfew and contact information without being given access to your customer booking or payment link.

For a job outside the standard fixed-price options, I can create a bespoke quote. The quote itself does not reserve the date. When you accept it, availability is checked again and the accepted total is transferred into the normal booking flow, including the 30-minute hold and £50 Square deposit option.
After the event

After your event

The booking journey can continue after the night without filling the page with more to manage beforehand.

Review follow-up

After the event, I may send a service follow-up asking for a Google review.

Refer & Earn

From the event date, your secure booking page can show your personal referral code. Eligible friends or family can receive 10% off, and you earn £25 booking credit when a referred booking is paid in full.

Future booking reminders

If you have not opted out, relevant rebooking reminders can be sent later. Promotional emails always include an unsubscribe option.

Payment timing

Deposit and final payment.

Where a fixed total is available, choosing Book now places the date on a 30-minute hold and lets you pay the £50 non-refundable deposit or the full amount straight away. Once secured, your private booking page remains available for checking payments and paying any remaining balance earlier. If a balance is still outstanding, it is due at the start of the event before the DJ performance begins.
